Diane serves as the operations manager of Santoro Financial Planning Group, where she applies her strong human resource, customer service, and operations management skills.
She has more than 30 years of experience in progressively responsible roles in the field of human resources and HR operations, serving as director of human resource services at Harvard Medical School and the chief human resource officer for a Boston-based national consulting firm.
She has worked in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She has managed federally funded independent living centers as well as provided direct case management services to adults with disabilities and their families.
Diane holds a dual bachelor’s degree in social work and sociology, as well as a master’s degree in management. She's also a graduate school instructor at the Clark University School of Business and a trainer/facilitator with Bristol Community College, focused in the areas of talent management, staff development, human resource operations, and compliance.
Diane enjoys being active in her local community through involvement in area Chamber of Commerce events, women's leadership forums, youth development programs, mentoring, and career coaching forums. She also enjoys gardening, spending time with her two Lab rescues, and celebrating the achievements of family members at marathons, road races and baseball games!
